Exterior house sanding - machine supplied

1959 weatherboard house paint needs taking back to bare boards. Paint is lead so we purchased an Alderson 2 stroke wet sander with Eco drop sheets. We will supply: Alderson 2 stroke backpack sander Sanding discs Underside pro Fuel and fuel mix for sander Eco drop sheets Hosing/water supply This machine requires someone with attention to detail to use and high work standard, Push too hard and the boards scallop, too light and it bumps along the board. There are videos on line of the machine in use. We have sanded back one end of the house ourselves, we are needing someone to do the other three sides. The one end took around 6 hours (including us learning to use the machine) Rough estimate around 30 hours to complete the other 3 sides. This will get it to the rough sand stage. Still keen for more work? Part 2 is to use paint stripper on the areas not reached by the sander and scrape them off. We will supply the paint stripper, brushes and scrapes. AND if you haven't had enough of it by then there is a part 3: Light sanding. We will supply the air compressor and hand held sanding attachment and sanding pads to give the boards their final quick sand to remove any swirl marks.
