Door frame skim and paint, wallpaper tidy and paint

Cat has scratched our walls and door framing and taken some wallpaper with it. We need the door frames (x 3) skimmed and repainted, and the wallpaper tidied somehow and painted similar colour (unless you can think of a better option? Wallpaper is discontinued, and we don’t want to rewallpaper the entire house). Also there is a piece of wall where the door knob has gone through the wall, we want this fixed up and painted over to match wallpaper. Photos show it best. Looking to have done in next two weeks prior to selling
