Job description
Hi, looking for someone to plaster and paint 3 x medium sized rooms asap. Also glueing down wallpaper that has peeled off on one feature wall.

Original quote to paint 3.5 rooms, paint not included in cost of quote as assumed I had the paint despite no discussion re this. Imperfections in plaster showed through paint and dried blobs of paint needed to be tidied by tradesman, to their credit this was mostly tidied up. Painting of windows and ceiling were not included in quote however I wasn't made aware of this until the job was completed when I queried why the windows weren't painted. Communication and finishing could have been better.

"Cheers for your feedback mel. No one sent us the 2 pics of the touch up required. We most definitely would've returned to fix. As stated on our intro. Windows and ceilings are quoted separately but in your situation we included the ceilings despite it throwing us out for the next job.
We pride ourselves on our quality finish.
Next time alert your tradesman immediately rather than no contact or feedback then leave a bad review.
