Paint the exterior of the windows
Job description
We need to give our unit a bit of a face lift. It is a 1960's unit with wooden joinery. All the windows and doors need a paint which would involve sanding, a bit of new putty, primer and top coat. You will need to supply the paint (windows are white and sills/doors are grey). In the quote please advise what type of paint you will use and include GST, if any. The unit is currently tenanted so contact me to arrange a viewing. Ready to go as soon as we accept the quote.

Tere did a great job, he was excellent with communication and did some extra bits while he was there also, which was greatly appreciated. The job was finished quickly and done to a high standard, I would use Tere again!! A+
