Job description
I need my kitchen, lounge and a small hallway painted. Kitchen also needing some tiling if you’re into both. I’m putting the house on the market and need it presentable before I sell. Not urgent but sooner the better.

Job was for painting 2 rooms and tiling a back-splash. Price was competitive, not the cheapest, not the highest but they left me in the lurch with a home on the market and an incomplete job. The painting was finished after one call-back but the tiling was left with no grout and a row of tiles missing. I gave him numerous opportunities to remedy but I guess since I stupidly paid prior to completion he doesn't care and never replied. Job now completed by a reliable tradesman.
