Scaffolding will be needed for this 1920's house built on a slope. The exposed side of the house has quite bad peeling paint, the south side is in reasonable condition. It is the size of a typical 4 bed home of that era near the centre of town. I would prefer painting to start within a month of posting this job, ie by the end of November but later is ok if necessary.
