Roof & Window Joinery paiting
Job description
Hi, Painting Scope: - 110m2 floor area house + two car garage both single story with medium pitch correlated iron roof. Note: there are a few minor rust spots to be repaired/treated as part of this work, might require a few roofing nails to be redone too (though I suspect I've already dealt to most of them) - Approx 25m x 1.8m high corrugated fence to be painted (same colour as roof) - Wooden joinery around windows and two doors to be re-painted, don't have total window area so might need to quote this via site visit. - Scope includes preparation, rust treating, making good, etc as well as final painting. - Window and door joinery job to be quoted separately. Please ensure this is split from roof and fence work. I will consider quotes for roof and fence only or joinery only. Please ensure you detail your scope and deliverables when submitting a price, e.g. prep detail, number of coats, etc. I will be asking for reference of recently completed work. Viewing times can be arranged. Looking to get this completed before end of March.
