Lockwood Blonding - Entire 155m2 house including roof

I would like my entire Lockwood property of 155m2 including ceilings "blonded" and rafters, window frames, beams and doors painted white. There are 4 bed rooms, a large lounge area and kitchen but the two bathrooms will not need any work. Please break your quote down into Labour and products. I believe you will need a waterbased sealer, sand paper, Timbakote (or similar product for the Blonding of the Lockwood) and white paint for the other areas. Can you also advise how long the job will likely take you and when you could start? Please also confirm whether there is a warranty attached to your work. Thanks Noni
