Wallpaper and interior painting

Need the following done: Skirting and Scotia painting, door and door frame painting, windowsill painting, stair handrail painted, some ceiling painting, wallpaper Prep for the paint and wallpaper will also need to be done. Hallway, stairwell entryway, lounge, dining and kitchen (last three are open plan). Half of hallway, and entry way are standard ceiling height, other rooms have pitched ceilings are 7.5m (approx) at their highest. Am getting quotes for interior scaffolding. The high ceilings have already been painted, only standard height ceilings need to be done still.
