Full House Exterior Painting
Job description
Thanks for your prompt responses - I have 3 contacts now. We have a house in need of a birthday. Clean, prep, paint the eaves, windows, walls and baseboards. Roof has been done, so not required. I am after three quotes, then get this sorted this summer. Main colour will be Dulux NZ Ohai, with Glenbrook as the trim. White for the windows. Please advise in your quote the type of paint you will use (e.g. Resene, dulux, enamel, acrylic) on which surface, and your quote. Please include the paint. Property is tenanted. Contact me first to arrange a viewing. Two thirds of the house is wooden joinery, one third aluminium. Fibroplank cladding. Deck not included. Garage to be included - approx 30m2 House approx 130m2 (4 bdrm) Brown base and top triangle to be painted in Ohai. White windows and top board to stay white. Soffits to be white. Glenbrook used as trim - still trying to work out where to put that one to add character to the house (very dark colour). Certainly will be on the barge boards and maybe on the horizontal window sill edge.

Very impressed with Phil and his painting. Great attention to details. Spent time up front discussing options and offering advice. He kept me fully informed throughout the work. I will be contacting him again with any future jobs.
