Exterior paint of Hardi-plank, appox 100 Sq Mtrs with some minor refixing & filling to be done 5 x barge boards ( will be new timber as they are being replaced) 70 mtrs appox of Fascia Board ( gutters will be off ) 70 mtrs of sofit in good order This work will need to be coordinated with gutter replacement, as some of the work is 3 storey's high and I am wanting to be cost efficient with the scaffolding. If you have scaffolding you can supply, please quote that separately as well January/February time frame would be useful
