Wallpaper removal and wall priming/ or wallpaper hanging

Hi there, We have just bought an old rental that needs wallpaper removed and potentially new wallpaper hung. It is a 3 bed room 1 bathroom house. We have removed the top layer of wallpaper from the lounge and kitchen areas, only the fuzzy under re mains stuck to the wall. We are looking for someone to come in quickly (this week preferably) and complete what we dont want to do. Which is remove the wallpaper from the three bedrooms, and hall way, remove the rest of the under fuzz of the wallpaper from the lounge and the kitchen. And either re hang wallpaper in these rooms or prime the walls for painting. The Laundry, bathroom and Toilet all dont need wallpaper hung or removed as they have been previously painted. There are also various other jobs around that we may need completed. Such as fixing the garage roller doors, replacing some panels in the shed walls. covering an old, unused entrance. Thanks
