Decorate living room

Help! I've been trying for far too long to finish my living room off so I'm now looking for professional help. Most of the wallpaper is off but the walls need to be finished, a feature wallpaper wall hung, and the other walls finished (likely paint). I'd also like a window seat fitted and wooden window frames tidied up. Once this room is done there is plenty more work in the house but I'm tackling one room at a time currently.
