Painting

We are purchasing a 1960’s property in original condition to renovate and rent out. We need the existing wallpaper stripped, the walls prepped and then painted. There are 2 double and 2 single bedrooms, hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen , bathroom, toilet, laundry and ceilings. It will not include doors or cupboards or windows unless discussed. The property will be vacant while the work is being completed. We are taking possession of the property on 16th July and would like the work completed as soon as possible so we can get tenants in. I will be at the property on the morning of 3rd July so could meet for you to view the property to measure and give a quote.
