External painting of WestEnd Medical Centre

I am a director of Westgate Ltd, the landlord for the WestEnd Medical Centre at 38 Tuhikaramea Road, Hamilton. The building is 379 m3 ground floor and 73m3 first floor. Google WestEnd medical Centre to see photos. The exterior is mostly brick cladding. The timber cladding above the windows require varnish or paint. The coloursteel roof probably does not require painting. I also require someone to clean out the gutters. I always just used a ladder, bucket and a cloth to do it. Should you be interested, please quote separately for the gutter cleaning. I require a quote for painting of all external areas except the brick cladding in the original colours. The fence and back garden gate must either be fixed and repainted or replaced and painted, so please quote separately for the fence and gate if you can do the job.
