Exterior house paint

Paint the exterior of our house. Downstairs is block basement. Upstairs is timber (shiplap?). Current paint is in good nick. Minimal prep work required. Include garage doors. Paint colour will be white or similar. Will not be a dark colour. Brown bricks in the photos are already painted and do not require re-painting. Need to paint to modernise so we can get it on the market so we can relocate.
