1930's bungalow in Gore. Requiring plastering where necessary where wallpaper has been stripped down to jib in living room/kitchen. Pigmented sealer required over exposed jib. Wanting kitchen cabinetry re-painted also. Small bathroom requiring full re-paint including ceiling, walls and window sills/joinery. (Would like re-paint of window joinery in kitchen and dining as well.) Planning on bringing house to the market early next year, so painting would be ideal in December or January if possible. Having flooring replaced in these rooms in January or early Feb, painting beforehand would be ideal but not necessary.
