My Rental needs a Makeover

I need a complete makeover for my rental property so we can put it on the market. It is a split level 4 bedroom rough cast home with mostly wooden window frames which will need bogged and painted too. The exterior will need repainting as will the inside but must see quotes to get an idea. It is located in Gore Southland so if any interest down there I can give more details.
