To start job week of 30 October - 3rd November. 96sqm home - full paint. Not looking for super fancy, just needs to be durable for a rental - spray is ok.

The comms was fine with Aman but the rest wasn't amazing. After discussions, we decided I needed a carpenter and a painter. They had nearly 0 tools and 0 skills. Really hard taking on a project when they require micromanagement and no tools. Lots of babysitting, poor workmanship and without tools - I had to go buy some basics to get them started - no sandpaper, no rollers. Carpenter had 1x drill and that was all - not even a multitool. 1x guy had very basic English.
