One room used for storage needs plaster and paint. Top coat paint is supplied but undercoat and plaster required. Lower 600mm required plaster, undercoat, and topcoat. Upper 1400 and ceiling requires plaster to patch holes and topcoat. Photos available but too large to upload. Room will be empty with only the table in the middle before starting.
