Bathroom & hallway redecorating

Our Pukekohe property requires some general interior redecorating in the bathroom and hallway areas. The job involves re-painting walls, ceiling, wall paper stripping and some basic re-grouting of floor tiles. Ideally we would like somebody capable of painting and re-grouting. Job includes: Bathroom walls and ceiling to be prepped and re-painted. Wall perimeter is approx 10 lineal metres with 2.40 m stud. A single wall in the hallway and small section in lounge requires stripping wallpaper, preparation and painting. Wall is 2.40m stud, approx 4.50 m length. We would also like to re-grout the floor tiles in the bathroom and single toilet, as well as replace the odd cracked tile (we have replacements). Bathroom floor area is approx 2.85 x 2.0m.
