We have recently purchased a property with settlement date at the beginning of June 2014. We are hoping to get a painter in to remove the current wallpaper and then repaint the interior of the house prior to moving in to the property. It is a very large home - approximately 577m2 (that includes the garage). We would have to arrange a time to view the property that suits the current owners but would like to get someone organised reasonably quickly so they can start straight away after settlement day.
