Villa Repaint - Interior
Job description
We have purchased a lovely old villa in Karaka that has been modernised over time, but needs a full repaint before we move in. The paint will be one colour throughout (white), in low-sheen for walls and ceilings, and semi-gloss for doors and skirting/trims. Addition of mantlepiece to also be painted in semi-gloss. Since we do not own the home yet, I cannot take you through it, therefore I understand that I can't expect an exact fixed quote. What I can provide is a floor plan (it's 200sqm) and photos. I would expect an estimate with a % tolerance for any differences on seeing the house in person. We settle on 24 September, therefore the job MUST be completed between 25 September and 2 October. Where do I start with this review. All I can say is that our home has been transformed by Chris and his team, and I am forever grateful for their expertise. The turnaround was tight, and every deadline was met. In addition, with a 1900’s villa, they knew exactly how to navigate the tricky mix of oil and water based finishes in order to achieve the result we needed which was a complete interior repaint (all ceilings, skirting, trims windows and walls). The end result is brilliant.
