Lounge definitely looks like a 'work in progress' as does the rest of the house due to the doors and window sills which look really dreadful and very obviously need attention. Apparently doors and windows were not included in quote and were not mentioned by me as I assumed they were included, had I been asked I would most certainly have said I wanted them done. For some reason the skirting boards have been painted but they also were never mentioned. They now don't match the doors and windows. When I discovered that doors and windows were not included I asked how much extra to do them and was told they would not do them till my bill was paid in full, then they would come back and give a quote. This is something I heard often from Oda Construction. All of a sudden a great deal of work was not covered by their quote and would be quoted for at a later stage. The end result for me is a home that is definately 'a work in progress' rather than the completed interior that I was expecting and thought I had been quoted for. Very disappointing.

"Thanks for the review but you the only customer I had with so many difficulties, don't know why but I think is your heavy medication you take, and cause you to see different colours after you order them and I bring them there, and is more other stuff you changed your mind and I have to do them 2-3 times with no extra charge couse I was thinking you are old women and have to help you but at the end you stab me with the knife behind my back....but anyway I hope note to have another customer like you in the future. Also builders and tradesman be careful with this women she's very difficult to work with. Im proud of my work and always I will be because I'm doing great job and I will keep doing, this is what I'm doing to keep my customer happy. You the one from all the jobs I have complaining about my work. I done the best I could and I think you should be happy for what I done in your house because no other builder not going to put up with you and your behaviour. Also moved all your stuff because you can't move or do anything with out complaining at all and you still not happy. Thanks again and God bless you."
