External walls- remove old plaster board, fit wall-batts, replace with gib. Internal walls- remove wallpaper, skim walls. Possibly paint walls also depending on price.

We were very disappointed with the communication and workmanship from this builder. When the job was delayed he became rude and wouldn't return our calls when we asked for updates on when work would be completed. Due to not being able to contact him we terminated his contract but he demanded full payment even though the job was incomplete. He also made some basic errors in his work (such as cutting the hole in the jib for the light switch too big). I would strongly recommend that people avoid this tradesman.

"Client started out very happy with the progress until they found out they where moving. They also asked for me to complete other work which i agreed to but would not start until the bedroom was finished. I was held up by the gibstopper and the client started ringing and abusing me about why i wasnt there to paint. I was not aware client was unhappy with finish as they never told me that at all. And full price was not paid. Be very cautious when completing jobs for these people they expect more and dont communicate well."
