Old weather board building, Preparation, priming on new boards, all undercoat and top coat, include sealant for cracks and nail holes etc. Top quality paint to be included in the quote. Must be available to work in conjunction with our carpenter for best utilisation of scaffolding. Happy to show suitable painting tradies the job for a measure and quote.

Kris was great to deal with and responded very quickly to all communications, turned up on time and completed the work to a very high standard. He and his company set a high standard that other Tradies could learn from. Yes, I'd definitely use Kris and his team from Effective Property Solutions again.
