Eaves Scrapped and painted

We live in a small brick house and need the eaves scrapped and painted, the paint is peeling and chipping off We also want to get a price for getting two windows scrapped and painted as well at the same time The only issue is we live on a sloped section so think scaffolding maybe required for approx three sides of the house. We would like a quote for this job please
