Exterior prep and repaint

My house is starting to look a little overdue for an external repaint (walls only - the roof can wait). It's a weatherboard bungalow - with a little bit of roughcast on the back wall. The house is not large - can't guess the square meterage but I would say it's on the small side of medium for a three bedroom house. I would like to get the job done this summer (ideally sometime between after end Jan). There would be prep work involved as well as painting. The images show the house frontage and detail shots of the worst looking bits (on the sunny side of the house - the rest isn't looking nearly so dodgy)!
