Repair ceiling, small area wall plaster board, painting

Two holes of about 1sq foot in ceiling need repaired & another smaller area about 6"x6" needs jibbing. Each will need painting. A damaged wall board approx 6 or 7 inches depth by (not sure of length builder would need to do - maybe 1m) & this job is quite high up in lounge. Replace small areas of skirting board where old oil heating unit was removed. If the work means repainting the whole lounge, I would need a quote.
