Exterior & Interior Paint job

Am looking at getting an old State House painted both internal and external. External paint (weatherboards) on two sides of the house is in decent condition, but the North and west sides of the house probably need a bit more prep work. House is on piles so there is also a bit of concrete that needs to be touched up as well. Internally many of the walls have wallpaper so will look at painting over it as it is in good condition (not lifting/peeling). House will be empty (taking out carpets - no furniture) so access/cleanup will be easy. could you please quote inside and outside jobs seperately. Inside is more important at this stage.
