Home Reno - Interior Painting of 4BDRM House

We are looking to do a quick and cost effective Reno Job on a 4BDM home, to get it back upto a decent rentable condition and would like approximate costing and timing to: 1) Paint approx 250m2 Walls 2) Approx 150m2 Ceiling Ideally we are looking for the most cost effective and timely option, even if we have to paint over the existing wallpaper The job is looking to go ahead towards the end of Feb and we will have confirmed timinigs by the end of Jan Thank you
