Exterior & Interior Painting

Exterior - Prep and paint eterior weatherboard villa, 2 areas of rot that need repair otherwise just prep and two tops coats. white colour main weatherboards, different colour for the windows, trims, and ornate details. Interior - Full prep and paint of the interior walls only. Bathroom will have some pre-finished surfaces above bath and around shower, so only 2 walls to paint in the bathroom. The doors in the current lounge will be removed and a wall put up to block off these two areas. The new wall will need to be plastered, primed, and painted.
