Full exterior & roof paint - 100sqm villa style

We are seeking quotes for full exterior prep & paint, (including roof) of our old house. We think the house is approximately 100 yrs old. Current paint job is ok in parts & pretty crap in others. Some boards need replacing & this will be done before the paint. We are also able to get started on prep before the painting. The roof is green colour-steel, re-roofed in approx. 2017, so pretty good condition- we just hate the colour & want it changed. Floor plan is 100sqm, single story as an approx idea of total size. We are keen to be involved in the work if you are open to it. Couple of photos provided. Can provide more if needed. Located in Waiwera South. Approx 25 mins SW of Balclutha & 45 mins SE of Gore.
