Seeking quote for the repainting of hallway

I am seeking a quote to repaint the entrance hallway to my new(ish) build townhouse. In the sun the paint job as done has visible imperfections, and the developer original agreed to repaint this, but has failed to do so. I am seeking a quote so that I can propose that I get a third party trader to do the works. I have attached a copy of the plans showing the entrance hallway with the wooden floor, and a photo of the hallway.
