Paint over small interior repair asap

We’ve left a tenancy with six small holes that have been filled and sanded smooth. We didn’t have the paint match so we informed the property manager and they are suggesting the whole wall needs replastering, which we are disputing. The wall itself is in a small office/annex room so the whole wall is approx 2mx1.8m. We now have the correct colour for matching but as the house is only 6months old it may only need patch painting. We’re currently travelling in the UK and keen to get the situation resolved - we’re looking for a professional to give us a reasonable quote - we’d rather pay you than them! They’re applying to thumbscrews so availability in the next week would be ideal.
