Painting of architraves, skirting boards and doors
Job description
Looking to get around 300 linear metres of skirting boards and architraves (around doors) and doors painted. The architraves are preprimed but will need to have the nail holes filled and edges siliconed (in white). The architraves and doors are an old fashioned style (e.g. have a wave) so will need extra attention to detail. See the attached photo to see the architrave. We are looking for someone who is highly detailed and careful with their painting - please provide closeup photos of detailed work. This house is our long term home so we are not looking for someone to do a cheap and nasty job. We are also very precious about our floor so we would expect you to take care to not paint the floor. Please note tape cannot be stuck to the floor (as it has only been sealed in the last few months). We will supply the paint (Resene Lustacryl in colour quarter black white) and a couple brushes we purchased from Resene. If you require a specific brush, you will need to provide that yourself. We are happy to provide the other products (e.g white silicone) but you will need to specify that as a condition of your quote. We would like this job completed by the end of October.

Excellent all around. Immaculate painting. Started the work the day after they were awarded the job. Great communication. Awesome owner with brilliant people skills - he clearly knows how to run a high quality business. Delivered what they promised and more. Left the house tidied after their job. Will be using again and recommending to others.
