Gables, Soffit and Verandah Posts
Job description
All shiplap on the gables (4) are being replaced. The Shiplap is primed, and cut ends will be primed. The verandah posts (4) are being replaced which requires the soffit to be replaced too. All of it needs to be primed and painted. The gables are being replaced by end of March (starting 15th) and ideally all work should be painted before the autumn/winter weather arrives. Thank you.

Shawn was excellent to deal with. Very accomodating (I changed my mind on colour after the job was finished). Shawn went out of his way to get some paint pot samples. I couldn't believe how quickly the prepartion and painting went. Shawn and Taylor run a like a well-oiled machine. The work looks great and I happily recommend Property Enhancements for their professionalism and thoroughness from quote to completing the job. Great friendly blokes who did a top notch job. Thanks
