Deck/eaves repainting, bathroom paint patch-up

1. The eaves of the house need to be repainted, one section of eaves seems to be in good condition and may not need to be tidied up. One section of soffit looks like it's rotted out and probably will need to be replaced before painting. 2. The deck walkway needs to be sanded back and repainted. The walkway is approx 1.5m x 15 m. 3. The bathroom has two small patches where the paint is peeling back and needs to be patched. You may be interested in this job but not able to do all the pieces of it, because I have grouped a few pieces of work together. In that case, I am happy to take quotes on only a part of the job.
