Preparation (power wash, fill, sand) prime and 2 x top coats of a 1910 cottage being renovated. One side done, three 1/2 sides remaining. One side needs a lot of prep work. Scaffold provided if needed. With the quote I would like some references and to be able to have a look at work you've done.
