Deck clean and paint (restore)

Outside covered deck needs cleaning and painting to restore it please. Has already been brushed, washed, water blasted but some very stubborn paint stains remain (see photos) so these need removing before applying a new coat of paint. At least one board (under swing) could also be replaced. I'm happy to receive recommendations on new paint colour (doesn't have to be the same to current one). Dimensions are 360 cm wide x 652 cm long. Best to inspect in person to assess condition. Thanks
