Exterior weatherboard house paint
Job description
Three bedroom (105m2) weatherboard house requires the-paint. Allow to wash, prep and paint. Note rear elevation is new, primed weatherboard. All other elevations are original board. Main colour with contrast trim and joinery. Include prep and paint to windows and doors (window sashes already stripped and primed and undercoated during recent glazing replacement). Include prep and paint to all soffits (timber slat), fascia boards and base boards (new ply). Paint new entrance door and window (new pre-primed and undercoated). Work to complete early 2023. Flexible on dates. Roof excluded. All work to AS/ --- standard. Allow for recognised paint brands Consideration to remove all existing paint coatings should be made during quoting.
