Window sills, doors and dormer window frames

Most of our internal window sills, dormer window frames and some of our internal doors need repair (in a few cases), sanding and painting. I am currently painting all the internal ceilings and walls but would like help with these jobs so I can get my life back a bit earlier than doing it all by myself. Don't need it done now, will be best to wait until late Spring when condensation no longer an issue.
