We have an old cottage with timber window frames and sills. Repair cedar tiles above front windows and paint frames. There is a small amount of rot that will need cutting out and rebuilding in a sill but mostly sound. Will need taking back and prepping with good primer and two coats. There is some older plastic type stipple surfacing in places to be removed.
