Job description
I want to sell this rental. I have given my tenants notice and the home becomes vacant on the 1st June. There is some inside work to be done too and if my tenants find a house beforehand they only need to give me 3 weeks notice. In the meantime I’ve been given permission for the exterior to be started. The house is double skinned brick so the work needed doing is on the eaves, all exterior wooden windows and doors, concrete overhang of 2 entrances (front and back entrances) foundations. Wooden fences, plus the front block fence too. I need the garage guttering replaced and maybe it’s roof and tilt a door painted too. The roof will be cleaned and treated after my tenants vacate. I have accepted a quote already for that job and that includes washing the guttering.

Shawn and his employee Taylor were a breeze to work with. They are both courteous and professional. Both worked on the job together and I am very satisfied with the result. I will definitely ask them to do other work for me and also be happy to refer them to others.
