We need builder/painter to coordinate replacing current barge boards and paint shingles. Job entails arranging disconnection electrics and other aerial services while barge boards being replaced, drop current barge boards, install replacements (painted on the ground), organising reconnect services, paint shingles. Home is occupied and ideally want power and services off for a day only.
