Painting

We have moved into an office and workshop that need painting to look presentable. 1, The office is approx 10m x 10m in size and just the walls need painting. 2, The workshop and stairs also need walls painting, workshop is approx same size but 5-6m high (sloping roof). There is an entrance way and stairs up to office on 1st floor, stairs ceiling would be maybe 6m in hieght. 3,Workshop floor needs painting in heavy duty paint to withstand machinery and some fork lift movement. 4, We have a 4m x 4m kitchen area that if not too expensive could do with a coat to brighten up, inluding ceiling. Please quote for each of these break downs separatly.
