1950s 90m2 3 bedroom house - repaint all interior walls, some skirting and doors (ceilings not needing painted). Was mostly regibbed in --- and will be repainted same colour. Has been rented and has the usual knocks and bangs together with some earthquake cracks which have never been repaired. Option is to paint only (another contractor can plaster any defects) or do the whole job of plaster repairs and paint. Timeframe is starting in next few days (if doing plaster repairs). Already have Resene paint for this job. Contractor shall provide labour and equipment use only.
