Applying waterproof coating to flat roof
Job description
Our house and garage roofs are butynol, at the end of their expected lifespan but in reasonable condition. We have bought Kemseal S-80 waterproof coating and tape for the seams from Stratacote. This tape and coating needs to be applied after a quick clean of the roof and removal of some lichen. Two roofs, garage a one-storey building and main house two storey. House roof easily accessible from flat garage roof with a ladder. Ideally we'd like this done before winter, before end of March would be great.
