Interior of 3 bedroom ~120sqm floor area townhome to be painted. Some plasterboard and joint damage to be repaired. Looking to have work done between tenancies late December/early January.

Shawn took the time to visit the property for a joint inspection, discussed the scope and timeframes before offering his quote. The expectations were clear and the job was completed on time even though work had to be done over the typical holiday period. They also returned to complete minor touchups at a later date. Good care was taken to protect the carpets, curtains and finishes.
