Tenant who has recently moved out of rental put the stick on hooks on the wallpaper and when removed at end of tenancy they have ripped the wallpaper. Likely need to rehang the wallpaper and paint the areas affected. One room is a small alcove and other one a bedroom wall.

Quick to organise paint job and worked in with my availability to let them into the house. Called to let know when job was finished to lock up the house. Good finish to paint job and left the house tidy afterwards.
